About This Event
Lincoln Corner Karachi recently organized a Free, Hands-on, and interactive Arduino Bootcamp in collaboration with Bazm-e-BME society. Starting with the basics, students from different universities in Karachi, learned circuit building, troubleshooting, and understanding the structure of the Arduino board. As the weeks progressed, they took on new challenges with the Arduino IDE-programming LEDs, sensors, and actuators, and diving into tasks that stretched their logic-building and problem-solving abilities through hands-on learning. Kanz-ul- emaan (member of Bazm-e-BME from NEDUET) was the lead and instructor of this activity and she inspired students with her selfless efforts and dedication towards Biomedical Engineering. At the closing ceremonv. the team were honoured to host Engr Zammad Shahab, (CEO of RoboAutomators), shared insights on Arduino's role in robotics and the importance of troubleshooting skills. Syed Saim Gardezi (Executive Director, Bazm-e-BME Society) also joined the closing ceremony and shared valuable examples about the real-world applications of Arduino and Mathematics for solving healthcare problems. Our students leave this boot camp with more than just technical skills-they've gained confidence and a toolkit for exploring new ideas in STEM. We will continue the collaborative efforts for designing a Future where learning becomes a life style.
